Pricing

The default prices are in US Dollars. You can change the currency to Australian Dollars (AUD) or EUROs using the currency selector. Please contact us if you would like to pay in another currency.

Payment

Payment is due when you order goods. Credit Card and Bank Transfer are accepted.  

Payment by credit cards – Please note: a 2.2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, credit card fees, late payment fees or any other bank or credit card fee incurred for transferring funds and/or processing payments.

Shipping

Compressed Air Alliance Pty Ltd ships internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you would like to use you own courier / freight company, please contact us.

Any customs, fees, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Delivery

Allow up to four weeks for shipping. Contact us if you need the product sooner.​​

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Compressed Air Alliance will refund, repair or replace faulty items.

Please note: we do not refund, exchange or credit if (i) you change your mind once the order has been accepted, or (ii) you order the wrong product or (iii) you damage the product or (iv) you use / install the product.

Warranty

Compressed Air Alliance offers a 12 month warranty defects in materials or workmanship. Please note: damage due to incorrect installation, wiring or use is excluded from the warranty.
